I am very grateful to the staff at the Holly Springs location of avance care. It can be hard to get a same day appointment but the front desk is patient and kind. I am very pleased with the care I received from FNP Monica Williams, she took time to evaluate my illness thoroughly, gave me solid next steps and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you, team!

Great doctors and medical staff are meaningless if you can’t get in to see them when you have a major acute problem. This practice seems to always be booked with well care patients. Three times we’ve had major issues that needed immediate attention and could not be squeezed in for a visit. The doctors agreed that we should have been seen. I spoke with an administrator (Jazz I think) who said the doctors were busy. This practice seems to have administrators or front office personnel prioritizing the severity of medical issues. A very rules driven practice with close to zero common sense in making decisions. Great doctors and PA’s are not being utilized to handle emergency medical issues.

It had been a WHILE since I gotten a physical exam, but the Docs there were so kind and had listen to my concern with my body lately very well. Will def. be coming back next time for another physical in the future.

Dr Baskett always takes the time to explain everything to me. He always gives options and fact based advice to my son and myself. I have recommend him multiple times. The front office staff is patient and kind as well.
